اجتماع للجنة التوجيهية لمشروع دعم النظام الاحصائي في لبنان بالتعاون بين إدارة الاحصاء المركزي
عقدت اللجنة التوجيهية لمشروع دعم النظام الاحصائي في لبنان اجتماعها الاول في مكاتب ادارة الاحصاء المركزي في الحدث، برئاسة المدير العام للاحصاء
(ISTAT)المركزي الدكتورة مرال توتليان ومديرة وكالة التعاون للتنمية الايطالية في لبنان، وفي حضور ممثلين عن مكتب الوكالة في روما وعن الجهاز الاحصائي الايطالي
يشار الى ان هذا المشروع مدعوم من ادارة الاحصاء المركزي وممول من الحكومة الايطالية، من خلال وكالة التعاون والتنمية الايطالية، ويمتد لثلاث سنوات.
:ولفت بيان صادر عن المجتمعين الى "ان قيمة الهبة الاجمالية للمشروع تبلغ 733411 يورو موزعة على الشكل التالي
اولا: تجهيزات معلوماتية
:ثانيا: مساعدة تقنية يديرها مباشرة الجهاز الاحصائي الايطالي وهي متخصصة في المجالات الآتية
تطوير الاطار المؤسساتي لادارة الاحصاء المركزي
- تطوير اداء المركز الالي والمعلوماتية
- ادخال أداة ونموذج (SDMX exchange metadata and data statistical) لتسهيل تبادل المعلومات الاحصائية بين منتجي البيانات الاحصائية كافة في لبنان.
- منهجيات جديدة لنظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) المستخدمة في العمل الاحصائي.
- التخطيط المؤسساتي ومكننة المعاملات.
- تحسين جودة الاحصاءات الاجتماعية.
على ان يتم تنفيذ هذه الانشطة عبر عدد من المهمات القصيرة الامد لخبراء من الجهاز الاحصائي الايطالي لتقديم المساعدة التقنية في المجالات المذكورة، وتدريب موظفي ادارة الاحصاء المركزي في لبنان من قبل خبراء من الجهاز الاحصائي الايطالي في هذه المجالات، وزيارة فريق عمل من ادارة الاحصاء المركزي الى الجهاز الاحصائي الايطالي في اطار الدراسة والاطلاع على طرق العمل في المجالات المذكورة".
